  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 7)

Information from third-party integrations:

  • When you connect Google Workspace or other tools via OAuth, we access only the permissions you explicitly grant
  • We do not access your personal email content beyond what is required to deliver the service you requested

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve our platform and services
  • Process payments and manage your account
  • Communicate with you about your service, updates, and support requests

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Period.

3. Google API Data

Deconstraint's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

  • We only request Google API scopes necessary to provide the features you have enabled
  • We do not use Google user data to serve advertising
  • We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request support that requires it, or we are required to do so by law
  • We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, comply with law, or as part of a merger or acquisition
  • You can revoke our access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account settings

4. Data Sharing

We share your information only in these circumstances:

  • Service providers: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting), and other infrastructure providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
  • Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, or court order
  • Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you
  • With your consent: In any other case, with your explicit permission

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls. We conduct periodic security reviews of our infrastructure.
